Appco Group, working for different campaigns...

Not many people in different countries have access to safe drinking water; due to lack of clean drinking water, most of the people consume contaminated water, which ensues in communicable and various water borne diseases.

Dirty drinking water is a common problem in most of poor and developing countries of the world, and the story in Indonesia is nothing different. Appco Group Indonesia works with Save the Children on different campaigns in the society, including world water crisis, child protection and survival, education, health and nutrition etc.

A global survey report states that about forty-five thousand children die every day due to various water borne diseases, like Cholera, Dengue Fever, Hepatitis A, Malaria, and Typhoid.

Recently, Appco Hong Kong office launched “Dirty Drinking Water" campaign for Save the Children; the objective was to bring awareness in the society about the problem of dirty drinking water.

During the event, a vending machine with dirty water running from a tap was one of main attractions; the field representatives approached people with dirty bottles of water, and conveyed the plight of many children across the developing world.
